At Fully Effective employees, our goal is to assist employees who test positve under their company or union drug testing policy, to get back to work as soon as possible. A drug free workplace will ensure increased safety and performance for your company.
All of our staff counselors have extensive experience working in the drug and alcohol field. They will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the referred employee or union member. If indicated, the individual may be referred for a second assessment at a state licensed drug and alcohol treatment agency. If the agency determines that the individual should engage in treatment, a referral will be made for treatment. The EAP counselor will monitor the client’s progress in treatment and assist the employer and employee with a Return to Work Agreement. The client will be monitored and the case managed for up to two years. This is important because people often relapse after treatment has been completed. With ongoing support from the EAP, the client is more likely to maintain sobriety.
We partner with Drug Free Business, a non-profit agency that provides national drug testing, third party administration and training.
