Fully Effective Employees partners with Drug Free Business, a non-profit agency providing national drug testing, third party administration and training. We assist employees who test positive under their company or union drug testing policy get back to work as soon as possible.
Counselors with extensive experience in the drug and alcohol field conduct comprehensive assessments of a referred employee or union member. Individuals may be referred for a second assessment at a state licensed drug and alcohol treatment agency. If the agency determines that the individual should engage in treatment, a referral will be made.
EAP counselors monitor each client’s progress in treatment and assist with Return to Work Agreements. Clients are monitored and case managed for up to two years, as individuals often relapse after treatment completion.
With ongoing support from the EAP, clients are more likely to maintain sobriety and improve work performance.
