Employer Assistance Program

Offered stand alone or as part of a comprehensive plan

Some of these services include:

  • Consultation for performance issues, workplace violence, drug testing & fitness

  • Mediation services

  • Team building consultation

  • Critical incident debriefing

  • Working with employees referred as a result of a positive drug test

  • Coaching for dealing with problem employees & workplace situations

  • Onsite trainings

  • Retirement Coaching

  • Reasonable Suspicion Drug Testing Training (required by the DOT)

  • Assistance with wellness and health fairs

Matters involving disputes or actions between employees and employers, the employee assistance program, or the legal and financial plan or its sponsors, agents or their officers, directors or employees are specifically excluded from eligibility of this plan.
